FIRST MAXMARA DEMO IN LIMA (PERÙ)

Place: Maxmara, Miguel Dazo Street, San Isidro, Lima, perù.
Time: Saturday 26 sept. 6pm

When the World Week against Maxmara arrived, we were convinced that all our posters against fur were in the flat in Lima of one of our comrades, who live en Spain the most of the time. We didn't plan a performance or any special act, we were going to do a simple protest and these posters were enough. On the pointed day, one of us went to the flat in order to take the posters, but we found only 2 about wool and 2 about leather.
This didn't stop us and we did the protest with these posters, and others about several topics of animal exploitation and one sheet of paper writtenat the moment.
At the beginning, we didn't have troubles, but after some minutes some police officers started annoying us. 45 minutes later we finished the demo because this area isn't busy on Saturday afternoons (there is a lot of people only durign working hours). Then we continued with an informative act about serveral topics. (meat mainly).
