AGAIN ACTIONS IN MAASTRICHT (HOLLAND)

2nd Januari 2009,

On the 2nd of Januari 2009 we went protesting against fur in the city of Maastricht.

The first shop was Max Fur & Fashion. Two youngsters belonging to the shop were photographing all the time.
At the shop there was also a hired security man.
The owner of the shop (we think) said it was all fake fur, but we knew better. We handed out leaflets to people passing by.

After this shop we went to a big store of Max Mara. There we handed out leaflets. One protester was sent away by the police, because he tapped on the window. He asked the police man his badge number but her refused. Policemen must show their id on request by citizens in Holland. The protester walked away for not disturbing the demonstration.

We could finish the rest of the demonstration.

We came for Max Mara and not the police after all.
